For many decades, Montreal was the epicentre of professional wrestling and during its golden age, crowds of thousands would fill the Forum every Wednesday night. The decline of major wrestling promotions in the late 80s saw the dawn of the indie scene and with it, a new generation of local wrestlers emerged. Gen Goulet, better known by her ring name LuFisto, has been wrestling for 20 years and has won every title imaginable. A mentor to many female wrestlers, she is famous in the hardcore scene for taking on some of the nastiest competitors in the sport.
